Its now February and the Savvis plague is still upon us.
The paying customers are pissed and ignored and are quiting.

Your paying customers just love how you do nothing to solve the problem not even a replay to the thread or email or any other method of contact. You even banned the Savvis toon from speaking out about the problems in ao caused by Savvis on OOC channels. Yet after all this funcom you continue to ignore the problem and are intent on collecting our sub fees even though the game is unplayable due to lag disconnects and packet loss that can reach 80%. I hope you enjoy karma fc when your bank accounts run dry from more people having enough of this shit and cancel their subs.
